Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out a list of acceptable and unacceptable conduct for our services.

Definitions

Schemon,Inc. is referred in this document as “Schemon”. It also implies Schemon when “we”, “us”, and “ours” is written in this document.

Schemon provides certain services over the Internet. These services, which are called "services", are:

The person accessing services via a navigator, you, is referred as the“visitor”. It is also implied when “you” and “your” is written in this document. If you are accessing the portal by signing in, you are using the Schemon portal, you are referred as “user” in this document. If you are providing services through the portal, you are a "service provider". If you are receiving services through a service provider, you are a "service provider customer".

Please refer to the Terms of Use and SaaS Agreement documents for all terms that are not defined here.

Acceptable Use

Acceptable use is to:

  • comply with Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy and SaaS Agreement,
  • comply with all applicable laws and governmental regulations, including, but not limited to, all intellectual property, data, privacy, and export control laws, and regulations promulgated by any government agencies, including, but not limited to, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and any rules of any national and other securities exchanges,
  • upload and disseminate only Content to which you own all required rights under law and under contractual and fiduciary relationships (such as proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements) and do so only consistent with applicable law,
  • use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to or use of the services,
  • keep passwords and all other login information confidential as well controlling all activity conducted through your account related to services,
  • promptly notify us if you become aware of or reasonably suspect any illegal or unauthorized activity or a security breach involving your accounts or teams, including any loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of a username, password, or account.

Unacceptable Use

Unacceptable use is to:

  • provide access to an account designated for you to another person,
  • use services to handle in any manner content that may infringe / misappropriate someone else's intellectual property,
  • use services to handle in any manner content that may be unlawful,
  • use services to share any data, file, software or link that contains or redirects to a virus, Trojan horse, worm or other harmful technology with any third party,
  • use services to share malicious software that unlawfully accesses or downloads content or information stored within the services of any third party,
  • attempt to hack, disable, interfere with, copy, modify or gain unauthorized access to Schemon services or services of any third party,
  • attemp to disrupt the integrity, performance or features of Schemon services and any third party services,
  • access the services in order to reverse engineer, copy or build a similar competitive product or service,
  • use the services in any manner that may harm minors or that interacts with or targets people under the age of thirteen,
  • impersonate any person or entity, falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity,
  • use the services to provide material support or resources (or to conceal or disguise the nature, location, source, or ownership of material support or resources) to any organization(s) designated by the United States government as a foreign terrorist organization pursuant to section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act or other laws and regulations concerning national security, defense or terrorism,
  • send unsolicited communications, promotions or advertisements, or spam including deceptive messages (“spoofing” or “phishing”) to third parties,
    abuse referrals or promotions to get more credits than deserved,
  • use contact or other user information obtained from the services to contact users outside of the services without their express permission,

or enable, authorize, permit, induce or encourage any third party to do any of the above.

Service providers should also be compliant to the Prohibited and Restricted Businesses Policy.

Enforcing the Acceptable Use Policy

We may suspend or terminate your access to Schemon services if it is determined that a violation of the policy is deliberate, repeated or presents a credible risk to other visitors, users and services as well as any third parties.

Updates to this Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy might be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this Acceptable Use Policy indicates when it was last updated. Please re-visit this Acceptable Use Policy regularly to stay informed about the acceptable and unacceptable conduct for our services.
