The archive works in a first in first out fashion, thus the oldest files will be removed from the archive once the time limit is reached.

You can create download links and send them to your customers so that they can download files.
Apart from sending links, you can just directly send files through the in-app channels.

The Freelancer Plan has data storage of 1GB and archive capability of 3 months. The archive capacity can be increased to 100GB with add-ons.
The Freelancer Plan also has a monthly download limit of 1GB.
Business
The Business Plan has data storage of 100 GB and archive capability of 2 years.
Enterprise
The Enterprise Plan has data storage of 1TB and archive capability of 5 years.
