Secure Payment
Infrastructure

You can request and get payments securely online from your customers over your Schemon app.

We do not process payments directly. Instead we use secure online processors that have regulatory authority to process payments.

Your or your customers payment information is never received by us - only the authorized processors have it.

All these provide a very private and secure infrastructure to process payments.

Payment
Methods

You customers can make online payments using credit and debit cards through your Schemon app. You can also give the option to your customers to use ACH, wire transfers and bank transfers for payments as well. 3rd party payment tools such as PayPal, GooglePay and similar as well depending on the region.

Payment methods are configurable and have different commissions. You can choose which ones to provide to your customers and they can opt one of them during payments.

Tracking
Payments

Credit and debit cards are instantanious and transactions completed immediately. Bank transfers and similar can take upto five business days to complete. We track all these for you, so you don't have to worry about them.

Once a payment is due on Schemon - which can be due to your customer requesting a service, scheduling a service or gettin a service - we start tracking the status of due payments.

We remind your clients about incoming or due payments and track everything.

Automated
Invoices

You can upload your own invoices and Schemon takes care of sending them to your customers. You an also opt for any invoice template we provide and let us create and send invoices automatically.

You will also receive all invoices for keeping in your books and we will at the same time keep your invoices securely on our servers. You can search and find your invoices years later thanks to our archives.

Taxes, fees and similar are handled by Schemon for you so you can focus on you work.
