The core of your Schemon channel is your calendar. Everything basically revolves around it. Within your calendar, you can set the private and public portions of it and define all the details about how you want your schedule to be used.
You can define timeframes or a whole day in which you don't want to take any appointments at all. These definitions can be made specifically for a certain date or these can be recurring off-work times. This way, you can be sure that no one is going to create an appointment when you are unavailable.
If you define a certain timeframe as off-work after someone already has created an appointment, the system will automatically re-schedule with your customer.
Reserved Timeframes
You can reserve some time frames for certain customers or customer groups. You can reserve a complete day, certain parts of it as timeframes as you wish.
This way you can make sure that your loyal and/or high profile customers always have the priority and can get appointments with you.
Other customers will not see these timeframes as "reserved", they will basically see them as "unavailable".
Public and Private Calendar
You do not have two seperate calendars. You just have one - so you don't need to worry about checking two different calendars.
You can create timeframes for your private activities. These will not be shown to your customers, they will see these timeframes as unavailable.
You can define appointments made by other customers to be shown as "full" or just "unavailable".
Calendar Actions
You can spawn different actions starting from your calendar. Your calendar is basically your center of operations.
You can ask for payments to make appointments. You can ask for payments before an appointment starts. You can launch a video or text chat session from your calendar appointment. You can take notes on appointments and check them later on.
