The Schemon calendar is automatically managed by AI algorithms and feedbacks from its users. We keep track of all appointments, their status and remind relevant parties as needed to provide you the most accurate schedule as possible.
Reminders via notifications are provided to you or your customers in several ways. These are all selective both for you and your clients. You can get in-app, mobile push, email, sms and automated phone call notifications.
Your customers (or you) can re-schedule or cancel appointments based on the reminders as well. A customer or you can indicate that you won't be able to come. You or your customers can even propose a new time and let Schemon handle the re-scheduling.
The amount of and the timing of reminders are configurable. Reminders can happen days or even weeks before the actual appointment. The number and frequency of the notifications all depend on how you clients or you react to notifications.
