You provide your services as a "provider" user while your clients are your "customer" users. While providing services, you can team up with co-workers and provide services over multiple accounts within a single main provider channel.
Every channel has a provider. If you have a team, you can have multiple providers per channel as well.
Providers own the channels and provide services over their channels. They are the administrators of their respective channels.
Customer Users
The users that are linked to a specific channel are called customer users.
A customer user can also be a provider at another channel and can also be a customer user in other channels as well.
You don't need to create multiple accounts.
Team Members
If you are providing services with multiple co-workers, you can setup a team at a specific channel.
These team members can act as if they are the provider of the channel and can provide services to customer users as well.
User Management
A provider can manage customer users and the channel team that are assigned to a channel. A provider can add, invite, remove and ban users from their channels.
Each user is able to configure their own settings, independent of any channels.
Plan Coverage
Freelancer
Freelancer Plan does not have team support enabled. Only a single provider is available.
Business
Business Plan users can create a team upto 5 providers.
Each team member is added via an add-on.
Enterprise
