We are seeking a skilled Outbound Marketing Expert to develop and execute campaigns that engage and convert potential customers.
Job Summary:
As an Outbound Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing outbound marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition. You will work closely with sales, content, and digital marketing teams to create compelling campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outbound marketing campaigns, including email marketing, cold calling, and direct outreach.
- Identify and target potential customers through market research, prospecting, and audience segmentation.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including sales collateral, email sequences, and outreach scripts.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align outbound efforts with lead generation and conversion goals.
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.).
- Implement A/B testing to refine messaging, subject lines, and call-to-action strategies for maximum engagement.
- Maintain and update CRM databases with lead information and marketing interactions.
- Develop and manage partnerships and influencer collaborations to amplify outbound marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive strategies, and emerging marketing technologies to optimize outreach campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in outbound marketing, lead generation, or business development.
- Strong understanding of outbound marketing strategies, sales funnels, and customer acquisition tactics.
- Proficiency in email marketing tools, CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot), and digital advertising platforms.
- Experience with cold outreach techniques, including cold calling and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Ability to create persuasive sales messaging, marketing content, and call scripts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B outbound marketing or SaaS industry marketing.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and workflow automation.
- Experience in conducting webinars and virtual events for lead generation.
- Understanding of compliance regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM for outbound marketing.
